The pinned upstream ERC-8004 implementation is used through the local bootstrap proxy. Local scripts do not claim production upgrade governance. Agent transfer and operating-wallet semantics follow the deployed upstream contract.
The operator can anchor an immutable nonzero bytes32 root once per batch ID. Receipt batches and audit-prefix checkpoints use separate domain-bound identifiers. Operators cannot change identity controllers through the anchor.
Local deployment uses unlocked Anvil accounts only on chain 31337. Public deployment requires operator authorization, appropriate signer infrastructure and independent contract/security review.
